Vendors and Exhibitors

Art & Craft Exhibitors

Over 100 artisans and crafters sell their handmade items each year at Summerset. Examples of art and craft categories include jewelry, pottery, fabric art, photography, wood sculptures, florals, drawings, paintings and glass. All work must be the original creation of the artist. No import or merchandise mart items allowed. Detailed booth information is included in the application.

Business & Non-Profit Exhibitors

Over 150 businesses and non-profit organizations participate each year.

Summerset is an excellent opportunity to showcase a new or local businesses to the community and to network with other local business owners. Businesses may distribute free information advertising their services, collect client information and offer pre-approved products for sale.

Non-Profit groups such as schools, churches and clubs may use their booth for fund-raising by offering simple, low-cost games for families or by selling pre-approved products for sale. They may also distribute information regarding the educational qualities of their organization.

Pet-Related Exhibitors

“Fun” Day for the Dogs
Sunday, September 14, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Clement Park – soccer fields east of Columbine Library

“Fun Day for the Dogs”, held on Sunday, September 14 is pleased to announce an exciting day of activities.  These events are free to spectators and their furry friends! (Note: current rabies tag and ID tag are required and dogs must be leashed.)

There will be dog-related businesses selling your pet's favorite treats, apparel, toys and all sorts of fun pet stuff. Many of your favorite pet charities will be present so this is your chance to adopt that cute puppy or older dog you’ve been talking about adding to your family. Bring your pet-related questions – vets and pet care experts will be present with answers and advice.

Best of all, there will be fun activities for you and your dog to participate in – learn how to take your dog through an agility course…show your furry best friend how to catch a Frisbee…pick up some special treats for Fido.

Food Concessionaires

Any festival would not be complete without the sights, smells and tastes of good “ole festival cookin” – and Summerset is no exception. Over 15 food vendors participate each year at Summerset.

Food Vendors are invitation only, however, if you have something unique and different, please contact our Food Concessions Chair, Sonya Sotolongo at 720/384-5690.
